Free Parent Education Event - Tuesday, May 5, 6:00 - 8:00 PM (in-person)

Beyond deep breaths: Real conversations about mental health with your emerging adult

As teens grow into adulthood, mental health conversations need to go deeper than reminders to “just take a break.” This session helps parents navigate meaningful, practical discussions about emotional well-being, coping skills, and when to seek support. Learn how to foster open dialogue, encourage self-awareness, and empower your young adult to build lasting mental health habits for life.

Note: This is a free session for parents/caregivers of students at Scarlett, hosted by our parent society (Friends of Scarlett) and presented by the Imagine Institute for Learning.

Update from School Council & Parent Society (Friends of Scarlett)

Please join us for our next set of meetings: Monday, April 20, 6:30 - 8:00 PM, in-person at the school. Everyone is welcome!
