Hello Scarlett families,
We are contacting you as we are in the process of raising funds for a new school bus. Our current bus has broken down frequently this year. We utilize the bus for various activities and events at the school. These activities benefit the entire school community. We are grateful for the donations received, which exceed $4,000.00, to date. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we have recently received a corporate donation of $10,000.00. This brings our total to $14,000.00 thus far. The Parent Fundraising Society has also committed to donating casino funds to a new bus, contingent on approval from the AGLC. We are looking to the Scarlett families to help us raise at least $50,000.00 to contribute to the final cost. The total cost is $200,000 for a new school bus.
Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School is immensely appreciative of the generous contribution to our institution from the FlyingJ. This Pilot Company Invests in Calgary with the Flying J Travel Center. We sincerely value this significant contribution to our school community!
We still though do not have enough funds to purchase a bus! Please assist if you can and thanks for those who have!
