Dear Parents & Guardians,
A warm welcome to our new families and welcome back to those whose children were here last year! We send a weekly email each week to help your family prepare for the week ahead. Normally it is set to go out early Sunday morning. If you need to contact any staff members, please look at our school website for contact information: https://drepscarlett.cbe.ab.ca.
If you have friends who are parents/ guardians at Scarlett and they are not getting the weekly email, please ask them to go to the website and subscribe so they can receive communications from the school. We will share this next week at our Meet the Teacher night (info below). Learn about SchoolMessenger and steps you can take to ensure you receive our messages.
We held a student assembly last week. This assembly focused on expectations here at the school. Here is a PDF of the virtual assembly: Presentation to Students | 2026-2027 for parents to have a look at as well. We look forward to seeing everyone back to school on Tuesday after Labour Day.

Healthy Hunger
This is an optional service for families and the decision to participate is up to each family. We have not reviewed the health standards at each restaurant, so we encourage families to make an informed choice.
To participate in fun lunches create an account at Healthy Hunger to register. You will be notified when new lunches are posted and be able to view up-coming lunches, place orders and pay for orders online.
If you are able to help out with the distribution of Healthy Hunger lunches, please let us know.
**Please note all volunteers must have a valid police background check and a completed annual CBE volunteer registration form. **
